1. Introduction

Welcome to BlaueReinigung. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our professional cleaning services and the relationship between you (the "Client") and BlaueReinigung (the "Company"). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

"Client" refers to the individual or entity purchasing services from BlaueReinigung.
"Company" refers to BlaueReinigung, located at Königstraße 42, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany.
"Services" refers to the cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance tasks provided by the Company.
"Premises" refers to the residential or commercial property designated by the Client for cleaning.

3. Scope of Services

BlaueReinigung agrees to provide the cleaning services described in the booking confirmation. While we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee the removal of stains that have permanently damaged surfaces, defects in pre-existing conditions, or mold/pest infestation issues. Specific requests outside of standard packages must be confirmed in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

4. Booking and Appointments

Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been processed, or upon receiving a written confirmation email from BlaueReinigung. We require access to the Premises at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee. If the Client needs to reschedule, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are in Euros and include applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. For larger contracts or commercial clients, payment terms of 14 days net may apply. BlaueReinigung reserves the right to adjust prices for services that significantly exceed the estimated time or scope agreed upon.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide a safe, legal, and hazard-free work environment.
• Secure or remove valuables, jewelry, cash, and sensitive documents. BlaueReinigung is not responsible for lost items of high value not secured in a safe or locked area.
• Inform the Company of any pets present and ensure they are secured or that the cleaning staff are aware of their presence.
• Inform the Company of any hazardous materials or specific fragile items requiring special care.

7. Liability and Indemnity

BlaueReinigung employs trained professionals and carries liability insurance. However, the Company is not liable for damage caused by faulty plumbing, electrical wiring, or pre-existing defects in the Premises. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The Client agrees to indemnify BlaueReinigung against any claims arising from the Client's failure to disclose hazards or unsafe conditions.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 100% charge of the quoted service fee.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

BlaueReinigung is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BlaueReinigung or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stuttgart, Germany.

12. Amendments

BlaueReinigung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
